Blog #1 Techniques of the observer

The Techniques of the observer has been changing for the stereoscope. Its a very interesting fact about binocular disparity that each eyes sees a slightly different image. there are two different views of the stereoscopic images. Some stereoscopic images don’t produce three-dimensional effects such as “a view across an empty plaze of a building facade” a pure stereoscopic image an object with filled space. form Wheatstones’s research he concluded that when an object is seen from a distance the appearance of one eye or both eyes would be the same. But if the object is near your eyes then the image would be different with one eye or both eyes.
